On March 4^th 2015 the 2^nd LIFEGENMON Technical Board meeting took place in Thessaloniki, Greece. All members of the LIFEGENMON Technical Board were present, joined by some additional participants from the partner institutions.

The participants were welcomed by the Project Coordinator, prof. dr. Hojka Kraigher and local organizer prof. dr. Filippos A. Aravanopoulos. The first topics of discussion were the personnel and financial matters, presented by Tjaša Baloh, Project Manager. Some issues that existed before the meeting were solved quickly. The activities on each of the project’s actions were presented by their respective leaders. A very important topic of the meeting was the upcoming Inception Report. There was also a short discussion about propositions for the Refined Action Plan. After the session the project intranet tool (4thOffice) was presented and some aspects of its usage were clarified to the partners.

The Technical Board meeting was successfully closed and a number of important decisions were made.
