Lifegenmon on German National television

On 2 October 2016, the Lifegenmon project was presented on Bayerischer Rundfunk, a public TV and radio station in Germany. The documentation explains the importance of genetic diversity, phenological observations and the meaning of paternity test of trees, a fundamental activity within the Lifegenmon project. Therefore, the camera crew joined German scientists Dr. Barbara Fussi and Dr. Darius Kavaliauskas on a field trip to the Lifegenmon beech plot in Freising and documented the DNA analysis back in the Bavarian Office for Forest Seeding and Planting (ASP) in Teisendorf.Watch the documentation about Lifegenmon and ASP on Bayerischer Rundfunk.
