4. Purposes and legal bases of the processing
4.1
Purpose of the processing
We will record your current location so that during the game
the specific locations associated with tree seeds can be found and collected. Further data
(username, password, e-mail address) will be collected to enable you to save and retrieve
the saved game regardless of the device used and to request a new password.
4.2 Legal
basis of processing
Your data will be processed on the basis of Article 6 (1) (1) (a)
GDPR (consent).
5. Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data
Your
personal data will be forwarded to:
• Google LLC for the provision of Google Maps
integrated map service and for storing user data in the Google Firebase cloud
•
Auditing Offices and the Bavarian Supreme Audit Office in accordance with the requirements
of the audit offices in the context of statutory audit
• Bavarian Ministry of Food,
Agriculture and Forestry within the framework of technical and legal supervision
6. Transfer of personal data to a third country
When
transferring personal information to Google LLC, it will be transmitted to the United
States.
7. Duration of storage of personal data
Your data
will be stored after the survey until you delete your access to the game "Seedhunter".
8. Rights of persons affected
According to the
General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:

personal information is processed, you have the right to get information about the data
stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR).
• Should incorrect personal data be processed, you
have a right of correction (Art. 16 GDPR).
